1. General Provisions

  • The owner and administrator of the Website located at https://guapa.pl is GUAPA PRODUKCJA Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Krzywaniec (Krzywaniec 25, 66-010 Nowogród Bobrzański), NIP: PL9730967877, KRS: 0000343844.

  • These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Website's resources and functionalities, including the Request a Quote system, client accounts, and newsletter subscriptions.

  • The content presented on the Website—specifically product descriptions, technical specifications, and visual renderings, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code.

2. Intellectual Property and Content Protection

  • All materials published on the Website (including text, proprietary product photography, logos, designs, and source code) are the intellectual property of GUAPA PRODUKCJA Sp. z o.o. and are protected by copyright law.

  • Any copying, reproduction, modification, or commercial use of these materials without the prior written consent of the Administrator is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. B2B Services and Functionalities

  • Request a Quote System: This allows users to submit inquiries regarding the Administrator's product range. Submitting an inquiry is an invitation to begin negotiations and does not result in the automatic conclusion of a sales contract.

  • Contractor Account: The Administrator may grant access to dedicated Website features to selected business partners. The user is responsible for protecting their login credentials from unauthorized access.

  • Newsletter: This service involves sending commercial and marketing information to the provided email address. Subscription is voluntary and may be canceled at any time.

4. Terms of Use and Liability

  • The user agrees to use the Website in a manner that does not violate the rights of other users or the interests of the Administrator.

  • While the Administrator makes every effort to ensure product specifications are up to date, the nature of production means that final parameters and prices must be confirmed in an official offer prepared by the sales department.

  • The Administrator reserves the right to temporary service interruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond their control (force majeure).

5. Final Provisions

  • For matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law and GDPR (RODO) regarding personal data protection shall apply.

  • The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes become binding upon their publication on the Website.
